1. Client Sourcing

  • Our client sourcing services operate on a commission-based model, where fees are only applicable upon the successful completion of a sale or agreement.

  • Once a transaction or sale is successfully completed, the agreed-upon commission is considered earned and is therefore non-refundable.

  • If no transaction or sale is successfully completed, no commission fee will be charged.

2. Supplier Sourcing

  • Supplier sourcing services also operate on a commission-based model, where fees are only applicable upon the successful completion of a sale or agreement with the sourced supplier.

  • Once a transaction or agreement with the supplier is successfully finalized, the earned commission is considered non-refundable.

  • If no transaction or supplier agreement is successfully completed, no commission fee will be charged.

3. Market Analysis

  • Market analysis services are provided on a project-based pricing model, which includes a detailed scope of work, timelines, and deliverables agreed upon before the project begins.

  • Payments for market analysis services are partially refundable, depending on the work completed and expenses incurred. The pricing reflects the time, expertise, and effort invested in research, analysis, and preparation of actionable insights. Additionally, some data may be purchased from third parties, and those costs are non-refundable.

  • Clients are strongly encouraged to carefully review and approve the scope of work, timelines, and deliverables outlined in the project agreement to ensure expectations are clear before the work begins.

4. Delivery and Logistics Optimization

Delivery and logistics optimization services are provided on a project-based pricing model, tailored to meet the specific cost and timeline requirements of each client.

Payments for these services are due only upon successful identification of a delivery provider that meets the client’s specified needs. Once the payment is made and the results have been delivered, all payments are considered final and non-refundable.

This policy ensures compensation for the expertise, research, and resources invested in analyzing and identifying the best delivery provider.

To maintain client satisfaction, Trade Across commits to:

  • Providing a transparent project scope and clearly defining deliverables before starting the research process.

  • Offering timely updates throughout the process to align with client expectations.

Clients are encouraged to communicate any adjustments to their requirements promptly to ensure the best possible outcomes.

5. General Terms Applicable to All Services

Once services are initiated, any fees—whether commission-based or project-based—are deemed earned upon successful completion of the specified deliverables and are therefore non-refundable.

For commission-based services (e.g., Client Sourcing and Supplier Sourcing), fees are only charged upon the successful completion of a transaction, sale, or agreement. Once earned, these fees are final and non-refundable.

For project-based services:

  • Market Analysis: Payments for market analysis services are partially refundable, depending on the work completed and expenses incurred. The pricing reflects the time, expertise, and effort invested in research, analysis, and preparation of actionable insights. Additionally, some data may be purchased from third parties, and those costs are non-refundable.

  • Delivery and Logistics Optimization: Payments are due only upon successful identification of a delivery provider that meets the client’s specified needs. Once the payment is made and the results have been delivered, all payments are considered final and non-refundable.

Trade Across is committed to transparency and clear communication throughout the service process. Clients are encouraged to carefully review and approve all agreements, scopes of work, and timelines to ensure alignment with expectations before the commencement of services.

This policy ensures fair compensation for the time, expertise, and resources invested in delivering high-quality services.

6. Disputes or Concerns

  • Trade Across is committed to client satisfaction. If you have concerns about the quality or delivery of a service, please notify us promptly in writing within seven (7) days of the issue's discovery.

  • While fees remain non-refundable, we will make good-faith efforts to resolve any disputes through adjustments, clarifications, or additional support within the scope of the agreed project or service terms.
